Ingredient list: Purified water, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, acetic acid, lactic acid.

Probioform can be drunk straight or mixed with water, juice or yoghurt, or drizzled on top of a salad.
Adults: 1 tablespoon in the morning and evening.
For inflammatory conditions: Start with a few drops up to 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase the dose. If a “die-off” reaction occurs, reduce the dose and increase slowly.
Constipation:
Starting dose: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) two to three times daily.
Adjustment: Increase by 1 tablespoon every other day until constipation is relieved. Once symptoms improve, gradually reduce to the standard adult dosage.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women: 1 tablespoon twice daily.
Teens (13–18 years): ½ tablespoon twice daily.
Children (from 4 years old): 1 teaspoon twice daily.
Toddlers (1–3 years): ½ teaspoon twice daily.
